Legacy Associates Builders Corp is a New Jersey real estate company that purchases residential properties directly from homeowners. Submitting a form or contacting us does not create any obligation for you to sell or for us to buy. Any purchase is governed solely by a separate written purchase agreement signed by both parties.
2. SMS Messaging Program — Velocity Home Acquisitions Text Alerts
Program description. Legacy Associates Builders Corp DBA Velocity Home Acquisitions sends text messages to people who opt in through our website form. Depending on the consent you give, messages may include: responses to your property inquiry, cash offer updates, and appointment scheduling (non-marketing); and special offers and service updates (marketing). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (908) 332-9330. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message frequency and rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive a varying number of messages depending on your inquiry, typically up to 10 messages per week while your inquiry is active. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
